Makes 12 generous slices in 9-5/8"x5-1/2"x2-3/4" loaf pan.Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter and flour loan pan.Add all ingredients at once. Mix on low speed in mixer for 2 minutes until blended, then 2 minutes at medium speed.Pour into prepared pan and bake for 1 hour. Caution: Do not double recipe or bake other items with it ;and particularly do not open oven door until hour is up or cake will "fall" (but will still taste great!).When done, put pan on wired racto to cool for 5 minutes.
