Here is how you make Cyndi's Sunshine Cake:

Add the mix, eggs and oil with the mandarin oranges and juice. Blend well with mixer and pour into sprayed cake pan. I use a jelly roll pan, because I like a very thin cake. Bake at 400F for 20-25 minutes or until tooth pick in center comes out clean.When cake is cool, mix pineapple with juice and pudding mix together, add milk and stir until thickened.
