Here is how you make Low fat Jello Poke Cake with Frosting!:

Spray cake pan with pam. Prepare cake mix with 3 egg whites, 1/3 cup applesauce, and 1 cup of water. Bake at 350 for 30 min. or until a knife can come out clean when the cake is tested. Prepare Strawberry Jello mix: Pour mix into bowl, add 3/4 cup of hot water, stir well. Then add 1/2 cup of cold water. Set mixture aside.Prepare Frosting: Pour Vanilla pudding into bowl. Add 2 cups of fat free milk. Then add 8 oz of Cool Whip Lite. Stir Until well blended. Pop in the fridge to chill while cake bakes. When the cake is done, poke holes immediately with the back of a wooden spoor or with a fork. Pour Gelatin mixture evenly over cake. Then top with the "frosting". This will serve 12 people.
