Here is how you make Jello Poke Cake (lite):

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray cake pan with nonstick cooking spray. Mix cake mix and club soda/diet soda with whisk in large bowl. Pour into prepared pan. Bake according to box directions, about 30-40 minutes, until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool 15 minutes. Poke holes all over cake with large fork/knife. Mix boiling water with jello until disolved (about 2 minutes). Pour cold water in and stir. Pour over cake evenly. Refrigerate 3 hours. Spread whipped topping over cake. Refrigerate 1 hour. Serve.
