3 tsp oil
1/3-1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1 container of lemon non-dairy yogurt
1 TBSP lemon juice
1 tsp powdered sugar

Here is how you make Lemon Poppy Seed Cake (Adapted from All Bran):

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Mix the flour, dry sweetener, baking powder, baking soda, salt and poppy seeds together. Set aside.In another bowl, mix the Smart Bran, non-dairy milk, flax mixture, oil, apple sauce, lemon juice and yogurt together. Let stand until cereal softens. Once cereal has softened, add the dry mixture. Spray non-stick spray into an 8 x 8 baking pan. Pour the mixture into the pan. Bake for about 25 minutes of until toothpick comes out clean.
