Here is how you make xagave lemon cake:

spray a bundt pan or 9x13 pan or two round ones. In a mixing bowl combine all dry ingredients.In a large measuring cup, combine xagave, applesauce, eggs, milk, vanilla, yogurt, and lemon juice, then add to dry mix. Add boiling water last, mix for 2 minutes. Pour into pan and bake for 30 - 35 minutes until tester comes out clean.I did this, and yet I don't think it was quite cooked all the way. It was a little golden, but perhaps could have turned a little more brown. Raised nicely and then sank a little. OH well...live and learn.
