Here is how you make Lime Jello Poke Cake:

Prepare cake mix using egg whites, applesauce in place of oil and water. Bake in 13x9 pan. After baking Pierce cakes with large fork at 1/2-inch intervals. Cool.Prepare Jello as directed on package in medium bowl at least 2 min. until completely dissolved. Carefully pour gelatin evenly over cake. Refrigerate 3 hours. Pour heavy cream in metal bowl and sprinkle unflavored gelatin over. Allow to bloom 10 min. Add 1/2 cup powdered sugar. Beat till stiff.DIP the cake pans in warm water 10 sec.; unmold onto serving plate. Spread with the whipped cream. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve. Decorate as desired.
