You will need a average Bundt pan and baking spray with flour How Do I Make Low-Cal Mandarin Orange Cake?Here is how you make Low-Cal Mandarin Orange Cake: To Get Ready: Place your rack in the center of oven, set your oven at 350 degrees to preheat. Prepare a bundt pan by lightly coating with cooking spray or baking spray. You may also use shortening and dust with flour.(I hate this part, so I use the spray, I also use a silicone bundt pan which means I need a cookie sheet to stabilize the pan)Get Set: Blend the cake mix, the drained orange segments and diet Mountain Dew in a large bowl until moistened. Beat with a mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes or by hand for 2 minutes. Pour into your prepared bundt pan, Take care to evenly spread the batter.Bake: For 45 minutes. When toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, your cake is done. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before removing from the pan. The pan should feel cool to the touch. Serves 12. Loosely cover to store.Store: Cake serves 12.
