1 jar/can sliced peaches (29 oz.), drained, reserve all juice
3 c. Bisquick Baking Mix
1/4 c. granulated sugar (or Splenda)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 egg

Here is how you make Peach Coffee Cake with Streusel Topping:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Spray 13x9x2 baking dish with cooking spray. In small bowl, stir 1 c. Bisquick baking mix, brown sugar and cinnamon. Cut in butter or margarine, by pulling 2 table knives through ingredients in opposite directions, until crumbly; set aside.In large bowl, beat reserved juice from peaches, 3 c. Bisquick baking mix, sugar or Splenda, vanilla, nutmeg and egg until blended. The batter will be quite thick. Spread batter in pan pushing with spoon to spread to the edges of pan; spread evenly. Place peach slices on batter and then sprinkle streusel topping over peaches.Bake 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. Cool 45 minutes before serving.
