1 1/3 cups bisquick
1 1/3 cups brown sugar packed
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 stick unsalted butter chilled (1/2 cup)

Here is how you make Peach Coffee Cake:

COFFEE CAKE: Preheat oven to 350?. Grease a 9x13? glass baking dish. Mix baking mix, milk or cream, sugar and eggs. Beat vigorously with a wooden spoon about 45 seconds until mixture is smooth. Spread half of the batter into the prepared baking dish. Top with half the peaches and half the Streusel Topping (see below). Repeat layers. Bake at 350? for about an hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely.STREUSEL TOPPING: Combine Bisquick, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
