50 grams butter

30 grams corn starch
2 egg yolks
30 grams gelatin
400 grams whole milk yogurt
130 grams brown sugar
500 grams strawberries

Here is how you make Strawberry and yogurt cake:

Makes 20 servings.Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites.Beat the three egg yolks with 3 tbsp of sugar and 4 tbsp of milk, until all the sugar disolves.Beat the egg whites until stiff.Add the butter, flour, baking soda and egg whites to the egg yolks.Preheat the oven.Pour the composition into a rectangular pan (padded with baking sheet) and cook for about 30 minutes.Prepare the gelatin with 4-5 tbsp of cold milk.Disolve the corn starch with a little cold milk and heat the rest of the milk.Mix the 130 grams of sugar, heated milk and the 2 egg yolks with the corn starch.
