16 oz pkg frozen strawberries
1 Tub Cool Whip Lite


How Do I Make Strawberry Poke Cake?

Here is how you make Strawberry Poke Cake:

Bring water to a Boil, then dissolve the Jello in it. Add the strawberries (still frozen) mix completely, set aside. Prepare mix according to directions, cool after completed. After the first 15 minutes of cooling, poke with any kitchen utensil that is small-medium and roundish in shape (I LOVE wooden spoons for this). Poke several holes in the cake-don't forget along the edges. Pour Strawberry mix over entire cake, it will seep into the holes.
