PreHeat oven to 350 degrees.Mix all dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, blend together all wet ingredients (reserving 1/2 the butter for later). Combine dry with wet. Grease pan with coconut oil. Spread batter into pan. Pour reserved butter over top of batter and swirl lightly--just on the surface. Bake for 25 minutes.
