1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. hard margarine, at room temprature
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. fat-free plain yogurt


How Do I Make Cocoa Yogurt Cake?

Here is how you make Cocoa Yogurt Cake:

Mix the first amount of flour with the first of amount of cocoa powder in a small dish. Use this mixture to flour a bundt pan greased with the first amount of margarine. In a small bowl SIFT together flour, cocoa powder and the baking soda. Set aside. In a big bowl beat the margarine and sugar. Add the eggs one at a time until incorporated. Beat in the vanilla. On slow speed beat in the yogurt. Add the dry ingredients to the liquid ingredients and beat until the dry ingredients are no longer visible.
