Here is how you make Grapefruit Yogurt Cake:

Mix together wet ingredients. Fold in dry ingredients. Bake at 350. Time depends on your pan! If you use one large loaf pan or a bundt pan- about 50 minutes. If you use 3-4 small/mini loaf pans, probably about 35-40 minutes. You could also use a muffin tin- I'd guess about 18-20 minutes for those!If you want to glaze your cake(s), mix together the powdered sugar and grapefruit juice.
