1/4 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 c plain, non-fat Greek yogurt
1/2 c coconut oil (original recipe used butter)
3 c sugar
4 large eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp almond extract
1/2 tsp lemon flavoring

Here is how you make Yogurt Pound Cake:

Preheat oven to 325 F. Grease and flour 3 9in x 5in pans (or a Bundt pan, if you wish). In a medium bowl, whisk together dry ingredients together; set aside. In a large bowl, beat yogurt, oil (softened), and sugar together until well combined. Beat in room temp eggs one at a time. Stir in extracts. Add flour mixture, and stir in well. Pour batter into prepared pans and bake for ~40 min or til a toothpick comes out clean. Let the pan cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
