Here is how you make Tandy cakes:

Beat eggs and sugar till thick and lemony. Gradually add milk and vanilla. Mix flour powder and salt together and add to mixture. Pour in 13x15 well greased pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees. While hot, spread 1 cup peanut butter. Let it cool completely. Then melt 8 ounces milk chocolate morsels and spread over cooked cake. Cool and serve!
