The ingredients for Cashew Balls are:

1 Cup of Raw Cashews
1 Cup of Sesame Seeds
1 Cup of Chopped Pitted Dates ( I used Medjool Dates)
Juice of 1 lemon
Zest of 1 Lemon
2 Tbs. of Raw Agave Nectar
1/2 Cup of Unsweeted Dried Coconut Flakes


How Do I Make Cashew Balls?

Here is how you make Cashew Balls:

Add Walnuts and Sesame Seeds in Food Processor and pulse till mixed together then add Dates, Lemon Zest, Lemon Juice, Lime Juice and pulse till completely mixed.The mixture will be slightly sticky. With dampened hands, roll tablespoons of the mixture into balls. Roll in coconut and chill until ready to serve. Takes a total of 10-15 minutes to mix and roll. Enjoy.
