Here is how you make Apple Tansy Casserole:

Preheat oven to 325 F.Pare apples and cut into thin slices. Coat with cinnamon or cinnamon sugar.Beat eggs to a froth, add sugar and vanilla. Beat well. Add milk. Mix well.Grease casserole dish. Line bottom with half the apple slices. Pour 1/2 egg mixture over top. Add another layer of the rest of the apple slices. Pour in rest of egg mixture.
