1/8 cup Sugar

Here is how you make Pumpkin Bread with Cream Cheese Ribbons:

Preheat oven to 350dSpray 2 loaf pans (8x4x2 each) with nonstick spray.Combine all filling ingredients and set aside.In large mixing bowl, beat the pumpkin, applesauce, egg, egg whites, and oil.In a separate bowl, using a whisk, combine the sugar, splenda, baking soda, salt, flour, and pumpkin pie spice.
