1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a 9 x 5 loaf pan with cooking spray and set aside.2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.3. In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the cream cheese, applesauce, butter and sugars until fluffy, about 2 minutes. Add egg whites, one at a time, throughly mixing between each addition. Transfer batter to prepared loaf pan. 5. Bake 55 - 65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool at least 30 minutes before removing from the pan.6. In a the bowl of a stand mixer, cream butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and beat on low speed until combined, then on high until frosting is smooth.
