1 cup applesauce
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 cups grated carrots
1 cup raisins

Preheat oven to 350. Spray coating onto 13x9x2 inch cake pan.Combine cake mix, eggs, applesauce and oil in large bowl.Mix on low speed for 30 seconds, then medium speed for 2 minutes.Stir in carrots and raisins.Pour into pan and bake for 30-40 minutes until knife comes out clean, but with just a bit of cake to it.
