Blend ingredients very well (5 minutes or so). Pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool for at least 15 minutes, or chill for several hours / overnight.

Top with your favorite fresh fruit, flavored syrups, etc... Or, try this topping:

1/2 C sour cream, 1/2 C yogurt, 2 T sugar.
