3 8oz packs of fat free cream cheese
3 eggs worth of eggbeaters
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup sugar
2 tsp sugar
2 tbsp light butter
1/2 cup light sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
8 inch springform pan
wax paper or parchment paper


How Do I Make Healthier Cheese Cake?

Here is how you make Healthier Cheese Cake:

heat oven to 325 degrees. Melt buttery spread, add 2 tsp sugar, graham cracker and butter in small bowl. Mix and dump in 8 inch springform pan lined with wax paper. In large bowl add all cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Beat with electric mixer. Slowly add in 1 eggs worth of egg beaters at a time til all three are added and mixture is mixed well. Slowly incorporate the sour cream with a spatula. When all mixed pour in pan and bake for an hour. Let sit in oven open with oven off for another hour. Refridgerate for atleast 6 hours to set up.
