Here is how you make Cream Cheese Cutout Cookies:

In a large bowl, beat sugar, butter and cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and egg; blend well. Stir in flour bit by bit. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1-2 hours for easier handling. Heat oven to 375 ˚F . On lightly floured surface, roll haf of dough at a time to 1/8 " thickness; refrigerate remaining dough. Cut into desired shapes with floured cookie cutters. Place 1 " apart on lightly greased cookie sheets. Leave cookie plain or sprinkle with colored sugar. Bake for 7-10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
