1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour
1 pkg. Jello instant Pistachio Pudding Mix
1 tsp. baking powder

Here is how you make Pistachio Cream Cheese Cookies:

Cream sugar, butter, cream cheese, vanilla and egg. Add the remaining ingredients gradually. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350˚ F. Shape into 1 inch balls and place an inch apart on ungreased or lightly greased cookie sheets. Don't worry about spreading. They don't. They make adorable little green dumplings almost exactly the size you rolled them to.Bake 9-12 minutes checking often.
