Cinnamon 3 tsp. sugar How Do I Make Cream Cheese Cloud?Here is how you make Cream Cheese Cloud: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Take 6 biscuits from the can, and split each biscuit in half. Roll the halves into balls and flatten into rounds that are about 1/4 inch thick. Brush margarine onto each round. Mix together half of the Splenda, half the cinnamon, and all the cream cheese (there should be 1/8 cup each of Splenda and cinnamon remaining). Mix the reserve Splenda and cinnamon together in a small bowl. Sprinkle the cinnamon/Splenda mixture over each round. Drop 1 tsp of the cream cheese mixture onto each round. Sprinkle more cinnamon/Splenda mixture over the top if there's any left.Bring the sides of the round to the top and close it into a ball as best as possible (they will probably not stay closed). Put each "cloud" into a sprayed muffin tin. Drizzle remaining margarine over the top of each cloud. Sprinkle with sugar.Bake for 15 minutes or until the dough turns golden brown.
