On medium-low heat, whisk well periodically until liquid has reduced by half (about half an hour). 3. Remove from heat.4. Add 4 Tbsp of butter and 1 Tbsp of Vanilla extract and stir well. 5. In a large mixing bowl, mix sweetened milk mixture with 6 oz of cream cheese until blended. 6. Add 1 Tbsp vanilla and 2 tsp of lemon juice. 7. Pour mixture over pie crust. 8.
