1/2 c flour
1/2 c chopped walnuts
1/4 c brown sugar
1/2 t ground cinnamon
2 pkgs cream cheese, softened
1/2 c sugar
1/2 t vanilla
2 eggs

Here is how you make Walnut Cheese Crowns:

Heat oven to 400. Spray bottom and sides of 12 muffin pan.On lightly floured surface, unfold ea pastry sheet & cut each sheet into 9 even squares.* Press each square into ea muffin cup, pulling the corners up & out; press the corners down on the muffin pan.* Mix flour, walnuts, brown sugar & cinnamon until crumbly.* Sprinkle 1 T of mix into the bottom of ea pastry cup.* With mixer, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla & egg till smooth & fluffy.* Scoop mix and pour into ea. pastry cup over nut mixture.Bake 15 min.Reduce heat to 375Bake additional5-7 min until golden.Chill 1 hr.
