1Tbsp. Cheesecake,vanilla or banana cream Sugar-free fat free Jello-pudding (MIX ONLY)
2-3 paks. Splenda
1tsp. vanilla or butter extract (optional)

How Do I Make Bananas Foster Cottage Cheesecake?

Here is how you make Bananas Foster Cottage Cheesecake:

Make Cottage Cheesecake base first and put in freezer for a couple of hours or so...or in fridge (depending on how cold you want it for this dish)To make that...Blend cottage cheese in a blender until smooth, scraping sides of blender into the center....add pudding mix and Splenda...Blend until smooth and well combined.......If needed add a splash of skim milk to make it easier to blend.Chill.Banana Sauce....Cut banana in half length wise and then into small pieces.......Put in pot with syrup and extracts......Cook on low until bubbly and hot and thick. When done pour on top of the chilled cottage cheesecake base mixture.To make chips....Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.....lay tortilla in center and mist slightly with spray....Sprinkle cinnamon and Splenda over it and spread to cover.....Bake at 350 degrees for 7-9 mins (keep checking)....Remove and cut into chips.Garnish with Cool Whip free and more cinnamon & Splenda if desired(cooking time will vary depending on what you make with it....longer for chips unless you make them in advance...None of the stuff is time consuming AT ALL though)Number of Servings: 1Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user CHERRYDOLL.
