1 Cup Evaporated Milk (cold)
3 oz package of Lemon jello
1 cup Granulated Sugar
2 inner packages of Graham Crackers
2 tbsp, unsifted Powdered Sugar
1/2 cup Butter, salted
1 tsp vanilla


How Do I Make Carol's Cheesecake?

Here is how you make Carol's Cheesecake:

In a small bowl, dissolve jello & sugar in 1 Cup boiling water. Place in refrigerator to partially set while making crust. Crush graham crackers in a gallons size ziploc back & mix with powdered sugar and butter. Place half of this mixture in the bottom of a 9 X 13 pan. Reserve the other half for the top. When the jello mixture is partially set, beat in the cream cheese & vanilla. There may be a few small pieces of cream cheese. That's fine. In a separate bowl,whip the cold evaporated milk until stiff, like whipped cream. Then blend the jello mixture in with the milk. Pour this mixture into the 9 X 13 pan and spread the remainder of the crust on the top. Put all in the fridge to set.
