In a separate bowl, place fresh fruit and sprinkle stevia over the top of it and let sit. Place cream cheese in a mixing bowl and cream until smooth, add milk slowly, mixing between additions or you will have clumps. Mix until smooth, add pudding mix and mix until powder dissolves. Add half of the whipped topping to the cheese cake mixture and mix. In a tall serving dish place 1/3 rd of the cream cheese mixture on the bottom layer, layer 1 cup of cake next and then fruit and repeat, the top layer use the remainder of the cream cheese mixture and add whipped topping as a garnish.
