Try find a dish appropriate to the size of 2 protein bars laying side by side.Slice protein bar in half length ways (like splitting a cream biscuit in half) to make the cheesecake's base (easier said than done as the protein bars I use are really chewy lol).Dissolve gelatine in boiling water. Place cottage cheese, protein powder & dissolved gelatine in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour over your protein bar base and place in the refridgerator to set for about 40 minutes. Serves 4I use a vanilla flavoured protein powder, however, you could use plain and maybe add some stevia or sweetner.
