Crush 3 cups graham crackers and mix with 6 tablespoons granulated sugar. Melt 2/3 cup butter and stir into graham cracker and sugar mixture. Mix well. Press into 10" spring form pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. Cool completely on wire rack.Make filling:Sprinkle 1 packet Knox gelatin over 3/4 cup water. Let stand until soft. Heat on low heat until gelatin is dissolved. Set aside.Whip 3/4 cup whipping cream until stiff and set aside. Cream 3 - 8-oz packages softened cream cheese with 1 1/4 cup granualted sugar. Cream 3 minutes until fluffy. Add 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream and blend. Add 1 tsp vanilla, gelatin, and schnapps. Mix until blended. Stir in whipping cream that was set aside and blend well. Stir in huclkleberries. Pour filling into graham cracker crust.
