Splenda 1/4 c. cornstarch 1 T. vanilla extract 1/8 tsp lemon extract 3 LARGE eggs 1 large egg yolk 3/4 c. half and half How Do I Make Linda F's Favorite Cheesecake?Here is how you make Linda F's Favorite Cheesecake: Mix together graham crumbs, Splenda, cinnamon and melted butter. Press into a PAM sprayed 9 inch springform pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 6 min. Let cool.Beat cheese until smooth, add next 4 ingredients, beating JUST still smooth. Add eggs and yolk one at a time, beating JUST till incorporated. Beat in half and half, just till mixed. Pour onto crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until center is still slightly jiggly. (Cover with foil twent minutes or so into the baking time, if you don't want it too brown). Turn off oven and leave cake in with the door closed for another house. Removed to a wire rack and run a sharp knife around to loosen cake. Let sit for about an hour and remove sides of pan. Wrap tightly and chill for a couple of days.
