Here is how you make Classic Cherry Cheesecake:

Makes 12 servingsPrepare 9" springform panHeat oven to 350 degrees. Combine butter and graham cracker crumbs, press into bottom and up sides of pan. Bake 7 min. Turn oven down to 300 degrees.Combine cheese, sugar, lemon juice, lemon peel, and beat until smooth and creamy. Add egg substitute 1/4 cup at a time, beating to combine after each addition. Pour into prepared crust. Bake for 1 hour, 15 minutes, until center is almost set ( I bake it longer because I can't stand goopy cheesecake.) Let cool at room temperature.
