3/4 cups Sugar
1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 large Eggs

Topping:
1 cup Light Sour Cream
2 Tbsps. Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

Garnish:
1 1.55 ounce Hersheys Milk Chocolate Bar

Here is how you make Light Cocoa Cheesecake:

Serving Size: 10 piecesLay Neufchatel cheese out to get to room temperature for 1 hour.Prepare crumb crust: Combine crushed crumbs , sugar, & melted butter. Press into mixture onto bottom and halfway up side of a 9 inch springform pan.Filling: Cream the cheese with 3/4 cup sugar, cocoa and 1 tsp. vanilla in large mixing bowl. Add eggs; blend well. Pour into crust and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Meantime, prepare topping...combine sour cream, 2 Tbsps. sugar & 1 tsp. vanilla extract; stir until smooth. After cheesecake has baked for 20 minutes, remove from oven & let cool for 15 minutes. Then top with sour cream/sugar/vanilla extract mixture. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool: chill for several hours or overnight.
