Splenda (depending on your sweetness tolerance and what you are adding to it)1 tsp lemon juice2 scoops unflavored protein Optional: 1/4 c. sugar-free syrup of your choice, sugar-free jam for filling "swirls".---------------------Pre-heat your oven to 375 degrees.Create Nik?s Beloved Fiber One Crust:(makes enough for the recipe)? c. Fiber One original cereal2 tbsp light butter spread1 tbsp SplendaDirections:In a mini-food processor pulse cereal and splenda until a crumb mixture forms.
