Here is how you make Dave McEldowney's Diabetic Cheesecake:

Beat together softened cream cheese and eggs (adding one a t a time, beat well after each addition). Add in 5/8 cup splenda and vanilla extract. Mix well.Pour into the crust and bake at 375F for 30 minutes. In the mean time, mix the sour cream with 2 T splenda and 1/4 tsp vanilla. At the end of the 30 minutes, spread the mixture over the cheese cake and return to the oven for 3 minutes. Cool completely and chill over night.
