1/2 cup cream

Gelatin (to make 1 cup mixed with water)

1/2 cup hot water

1/2 cup cold water

1 tsp vanilla essence

1 tsp spices (cinnamon)

Base:Combine the crust ingredients well, and press into spring-form pan. Bake for 5 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius. Cool completely before adding filling.Fillings:Melt cream cheese in microwave until soft (10 second increments). Beat together with cream and ricotta until smooth.Make gelatin with hot water, adding cold water after gelatin crystals are fully dissolved. Add to cream cheese mixture and beat well.Pour over base, and set in fridge.
