1 8 oz package low fat cream cheese
1 1/4 cup Splenda
2 tablespoons smart balance
3 large eggs
1 cup cool whip lite
1 cup crushed reduced fat oreos (about 12 cookies)


How Do I Make Oreo Cheesecake?

Here is how you make Oreo Cheesecake:

In food processor, grind oreos into crumbs. With the blade running, pour in 2 tablespoons melted smart balance. Press into bottom of eighteen cupcakes lined with parchment.In mixer, whip cream cheeses, Splenda, smart balance until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition. Fold in cool whip and crushed oreos. Pour into cupcake pans and bake for 30-35 minutes at 325 degrees.Turn off oven and crack door about 4 inches leaving cake in warm oven for 30 minutes.Cool completely. Refridgerate overnight.
