Mix 2 (8 ounce) packages of FF cream cheeses with the 3/4 cup of Splenda mix till well blended (approx. 2 min on medium speed). Add 1 tsp. of vanilla and 3 egg yolks on low speed until just blended.In a separate bowl beat (on high)3 egg white until stiff peaks form.Gently fold egg whites into cream cheese mixture. Divide batter evenly into the prepared cupcake liners with Nilla wafers. Bake 17 minutes. While baking mix 6 TBS. of sour cream with 3 to 4 TBS. of granulated Splenda and add 1/2 tsp. vanilla. After 17 minutes of baking place a small dollop of sour cream mixture onto each cake and lightly spread over top. Return the cheesecake to the 350 degree oven for 5 minutes.
