Here is how you make Sour Cherry Cobbler:

Mix together cherries, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and lemon juice. Set aside and let sugar dissolve.In a seperate bowl mix together flour, baking powder and salt. Add wet ingredients and combine until a soft dough forms.Roll into a loose ball and cut into 12 equal parts.Spray a 12 section muffin tin with oil. Divide cherry mixture into muffin tin, Top with topping and pat down lightly. Sprinkle with a little additional sugar.
