3/4 Cup sugar
3 Tbs minute tapioca
pinch salt
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/2 Cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 Cup packed light brown sugar
1/8 tsp salt
6 Tbs chilled butter, cut into small pieces
1/3 Cup sliced almonds

Here is how you make Tart Cherry Crisp:

Preheat oven to 375Combine cherries, sugar, tapioca, salt, vanilla and cinnamon and stir until thoroughly mixed together.For the topping, combine flour, oats, brown sugar and salt in a medium bowl and thoroughly mix together. Cut in butter with a pastry blender or two knives until there's no dry flour and you have little crumbles. Stir in sliced almonds. Sprinkle oat mixture evenly over cherry mixture.
