Here is how you make Chewy Molasses Crinkles:

Heat oven to 375. Beat rapadura, melted butter, molasses and eggs in a large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed. Stir in remaining ingredients, except coconut crystals. Lightly grease a cookie sheet, or line with parchment paper or silpat. Drop spoonfuls of dough into small bowl with coconut crystals, roll to coat. Place balls on prepared cookie sheet.
