Stir together flour, marjoram, salt, and pepper.Pound chicken with a meat mallet.Lightly coat chicken on both sides with flour mixture.In large skillet cook mushrooms and green onion in 1 tbsp butter until tender. Remove from skillet. Cook chicken in remaining 2 tbsp butter for 5-6 minutes, turning to brown evenly.Remove skillet from heat. Return mushrooms and green onion to skillet. Add broth and Marsala to skillet. Bring mixture to boiling. Reduece heat, simmer uncovered for 2 minutes. Season to taste. Spoon mixture over pasta.
