Saute chicken breasts in 2 tsp. olive oil over medium-high heat until done.Place the orange juice, cranberries, and sugar in a medium sauce-pan. Cook at medium-high for 5 minutes or until the cranberries pop; add chicken broth. Combine the cornstarch and wine in a small dish, and stir into the cranberry mixture. Bring to a boil, and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, and stir in the clementine sections.Serve with brown rice, and spoon the sauce over the chicken and rice.
