Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.Put the almonds in the bowl of a food processor and pulse to coarsely chop. Remove to a bowl and set aside. Put the dry ingredients in the food processor and pulse to blend. Oil a measuring cup and measure the honey. Add the eggs and Torani syrup and lightly beat with a fork to break up the yolks. Turn on the food processor and pour in the liquid ingredients. Let process until the dough comes together. Add the almonds and pulse. Turn dough out into a bowl and knead in the almonds. Shape the dough into about a 14 inch long log, put on the parchment, and flatten a bit, about 2 inches wide.Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool slightly. Cut into 20 oblique pieces. Put cut side down on parchment and bake 10 minutes. Turn over and bake 10 minutes more.
