1/2 cup of butter or margarine
1/2 cup milk
2 tspn vanilla extract
3 cups instant oatmeal
1 1/2 cups sweetened, flake coconut (Original recipe calls for 1 cup but I love coconut!)

Here is how you make Chocolate Coconut No Bake Drops:

Combine sugar and cocoa in a medium saucepan. Add butter and milk. Constantly stir the mixture while bringing it to a boil. Once the mixture comes to a boil take it off the heat and add vanilla, coconut, and oatmeal. Drop by the spoonful onto cookie sheets with wax paper.
