Here is how you make chocolate fudge brownie bites:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Combine oats, applesauce, eggs, milk (or water), and vanilla. Mix well. In another bowl, combine pudding mix, cocoa, Splenda, baking soda, powdered milk and salt, mix well. Stir wet ingredients into dry. Mix thoroughly. Batter will be stickey. Spray 8"x8" square pan with cooking spray, spread batter evenly into pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes. I also added 1/2 cup cooked barley into the dry mix for added "crunch" (fools me into thinking I have nuts in my brownies!). Makes 16 servings.
